Strobe takes library to another decibel !
Paragon Carpets has completed works at the Ebbw Vale Civic Centre library on behalf of Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council, where Strobe Extreme and Workspace Loop Apple have been used to create an inaudible deafening !
Although libraries tend to be quiet and calming places this can also lead to them over time becoming drab soulless places. Not so at the Ebbw Vale Civic Centre, lively lime greens were used in a co-ordinated fashion to ensure that all roads lead to comfortable reading areas.
The use of Workspace Loop Apple, a solid colour worked alongside the Strobe product to direct library goers to the correct areas for seating once they had found their chosen reading material. Overall the scheme created a youthful appearance that will most certainly encourage a younger demographic of library user.
