The RICS North West 2016 Commercial Property Installation Winner is Tower Wharf – Wirral Enterprise Zone.
This amazing piece of internal and external architecture called the Tower Wharf at Birkenhead has won some of the most prestigious accolades in the architecture world recently. It has stunned the Clerkenwell Design Show scene with clean architectural lines. There is no pastiche to be found here only flowing open plan commercial spaces teamed with monochrome colour blocking.
The flooring is visually stunning incorporating 4500 sqm of Strobe Flex and Rapid to elongate corridors and demarcate different functional zones.
The stairwell alone is a visually entertaining piece using monochrome blocking in orange and black to create a stunning backdrop.
