Powys County Council oversees the largest unitary authority in Wales by land area, with its offices and county hall situated in the parish town of Llandrindod Wells.

Paragon Carpet Tiles worked closely with Powys County Council who initially requested a trial of Vapour to ensure it was the right design-led solution for them while providing the performance of a suitable commercial carpet tile. After a successful trial, which Powys County Council has installed over 2,000 square meters of Vapour across the site.
